On March 30, 2016, Clear Blue Commercial accompanied business leaders across the North Bay to celebrate and honor philanthropic accomplishments at the North Bay Community Philanthropy Awards Luncheon. From saving water to helping cancer patients, we were privileged to be in a room full of people with hearts full and open.
In addition to Clear Blue Commercial’s efforts and accomplishments in saving over 2.6 million gallons of water annually through turf conversions, including Mulchstock 2015, on the properties they manage, they were acknowledged for fundraising and participating in the annual Sonoma County Heart Walk for three consecutive years, raising funds and awareness for a local child with brain cancer (who is now doing very well!), for annual food drives and donations to those in need. Clear Blue Commercial’s involvement
in the community includes being a sponsor for Sustainable North Bay‘s annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference, sustaining membership and committment to donating $5,000 to Daily Acts over the next five years, and donating over $1,000 to the Petaluma Community Foundation while serving on the Board of Trustees for three years. Carolyn is also a founding board member of the inaugural “100 – Sonoma – People Who Care” event which Clear Blue Commercial sponsors as well. Additional reasons for the nomination include Clear Blue Commercial serving on the Environmental Committee of the Sonoma County Alliance, serving as members of the Climate Action 2020 Stakeholders Advisory Group for Sonoma County and both Carolyn and Lilly Fogleman, the Operations Manager/Realtor for Clear Blue Commercial are Fellows at the Leadership Institute for a Sustainable Future.
