“Lawn Be Gone” Turf Conversion 2016

lawn turf conversion FlyerOn May 6, 2016, Clear Blue Commercial hosted a turf conversion event to convert 16,000 square feet of water consuming lawn into drought-friendly, water-saving landscapes to save 400,000 gallons of water per year!

We had some amazing volunteers come out and we thank each and every one of them for their time, hard work, and great company!

brown is the new green turf conversionIt takes a whopping 25 gallons to irrigate only one (1) SF of lawn per year. That’s a lot of water! With the “brown is the new green” trend in Sonoma County and the entire State of California, it’s time to make things a little browner around here.

We had a very successful time hosting our first Turf Conversion of 2016 and look forward to hosting more so stay posted and follow us on social media so you don’t miss an opportunity to help out!
