Team Support Captain

Required Education Level: HS Diploma or GED

Related Experience and Training Requirement: 2-4 years of related experience and/or training, familiarity w/ real estate management and terms, customer service experience, light AP/AR experience, a passion for community and the planet.

Skills/ Competencies: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of basic financial and real estate terminology and principles. Ability to communicate with kindness and professionalism on a variety of different platforms including person to person.

Duties and Responsibilities: Support management, leasing, and office team with administrative and clerical functions, tenant and client communications, report formatting and compilation, accounts payable and receivable, certificates of insurance, answering phones and filing.
